Managing your subscription

Your Myeongly subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot process refunds or cancellations directly.

  • iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Myeongly
  • Android — Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Myeongly

For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google Play directly.

Delete your account & data

To request permanent deletion of your Myeongly account and all associated data, visit our account deletion page or email [email protected]with the subject line “Delete Account Request”.

Response times

  • General inquiries — within 2 business days
  • Data deletion requests — processed within 30 days (GDPR)
