When you delete your account in the app, Myeongly removes the following account-linked data:

• Your anonymous Myeongly account
• Account-linked subscription rows and compatibility cache records
• Saved birth/profile data and local readings on your device

Shared Saju calculation cache records are not linked to an account by user ID, so they are not deleted per account unless a future schema links them to a user.

• Google Play, RevenueCat, and payment processor purchase records may be retained by those processors or where required by law.
• Non-user-scoped shared calculation cache may remain for performance because it is not tied to your anonymous account.

Open Profile in Myeongly, tap Delete Account & Data, and confirm the deletion action. This clears saved on-device birth/profile data and local readings, then sends your deletion request for server-side account removal.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include:

• Your anonymous user ID, if you can find it in the app
• Enough detail for us to locate the account, if available
• Explicit confirmation that you want account deletion help

We process support-assisted account deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, in compliance with GDPR. In-app deletion is the fastest path when you still have app access.
