By downloading, installing, or using Myeongly (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Myeongly provides personalized Korean astrology (Saju) readings based on your birth data. The App calculates your Four Pillars chart and generates interpretive content using AI technology.

All readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Myeongly does not provide medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Myeongly. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Myeongly uses anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your device.

Myeongly offers free and premium content. Premium features require a paid subscription:

• Monthly Plan — $4.99/month (or local equivalent)
• Annual Plan — $29.99/year (or local equivalent)

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings at any time.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store. We do not process refunds directly. Please refer to Apple's or Google's refund policies for details.

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

All content in Myeongly — including text, graphics, design, algorithms, and AI-generated readings — is owned by or licensed to Myeongly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your personal Saju reading is generated for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or resell readings for commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Myeongly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological reading. Saju readings are based on traditional Korean astrology principles and AI interpretation — they should not be treated as factual predictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myeongly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on readings provided.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for Terms violation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
